Can you do the design of printing stuff for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in graphic design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and send us high resolution images, Logo and text, then we will carry out your ideas into perfect design and sample for confirmation.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you paid the sample charge and confirmed files, samples can be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 workdays. (Depends on different countries). You can use your own way to ship as well.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Depends on order quantity and the season you placed. Normally lead time is 7-20 days.
What is your trade term?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU etc. You can choose the one that most suits you.
